We stand behind the products we sell. If you have any problems with equipment or clothing purchased at Sawatch Backcountry, please let us know and we will be happy to help. If you purchased an item at Sawatch Backcountry that turns out to be faulty, we will arrange its return to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and cover all shipping charges. If you need to warranty an item produced by one of the companies we carry but did not purchase it at our shop, we will arrange its return to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and charge only for shipping.
