Sawatch Backcountry will provide a full refund on unused, non-sale items that are accompanied by all packaging and receipts and are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Sale items may be returned for a store credit and must also be accompanied by all packaging and a receipt.
Non returnable items include the following:
-Climbing hardware, ropes, harnesses and webbing products.
-Consignment items.
-End of season demo gear (skis, boots, bindings etc.)
